This meal consists of three hard boiled eggs, and only 2 of the eggs still having the yolk. A handful of Carrots for fiber and vitamins. 1/2 toast. And a "Green Drank" blended with carrot juice, kale, spinach, and celery. This meal is low in fat and high in vitamins.
 This meal consists of an entire peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread. An apple. And a strawberry banana smoothie containing soy milk, strawberries, banana, vanilla yogurt, and flax seed.
