 This meal consists of cottage cheese and a fruit salad. There are fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, and fresh blueberries.
This meal consists of a Morning Star Veggie Griller Patty with mushrooms. A whole boiled egg. The salad has a variety of lettuce, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, Greek olives, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
This meal consists of three slices of avocado, an entire boiled egg, beans, and a pasta salad containing pasta shells, carrot, onion, and peas.
This is a small meal with quinoa, mixed veggies, and turkey meatballs cooked with bell pepper. This drink is a light protein shake.

 This meal consists of a banana smoothie made with soy milk, cinnamon, a banana, flaxseed and ice. The salad is iceberg lettuce and parmesian cheese.

This meal consists of a protein shake made of protein powder, milk, peanut butter, oatmeal, a banana, and ice. On the plate is a corn tortilla, beans, and cottage cheese. Then coconut water.

This meal consists of 2 eggs, and canned tuna. There is a strawberry shake made with fresh strawberry, soymilk, ice, and hemp seed. Then a smaller protein shake with protein powder and 2% milk.
This meal consists of three hard boiled eggs, and only 2 of the eggs still having the yolk. A handful of Carrots for fiber and vitamins. 1/2 toast. And a "Green Drank" blended with carrot juice, kale, spinach, and celery. This meal is low in fat and high in vitamins.
 This meal consists of an entire peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread. An apple. And a strawberry banana smoothie containing soy milk, strawberries, banana, vanilla yogurt, and flax seed.
